What is involved in a Facial Reflexology treatment?

A consultation is required at the start of your first treatment; this ensures Facial Reflexology is right for you and it’s where we can discuss any areas of concern.  The recipient lies on a plinth. As it’s just the face that is worked on, you remain fully clothed at all times, apart from the removal of any jewellery. The therapist applies pressure to the face using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. A Facial Reflexology session lasts approximately 45 min to 1 hour and treats the whole person rather than specific symptoms. Due to the close proximity of the face to the brain, facial reflexology can feel deeply relaxing and results are almost instance.
